Absolute filthy, ordered a chick and rice for collection came home on the first bite I found a womans long head hair, when I called up to complain about this on the phone i was told to take photos and return the food so they can replace it. I refuse to pay any money in a place that doesn't value its paying customers we pay staff their wages they should have a high standard in preparing sold meals. Ive been a regular customer with pepes piri piri for years and on this one occasion I felt sick to my stomach. As I took the food back to the shop for a refund the manager tried telling me this is a ladies hair and theres no ladies here but there were 2 female staff at the tills right next to him almost to say that i had planted it in there myself. Also the manager said that I need to calm down when I was frustrated when given incorrect responses from this busines. Why should i be calm about almost swallowing a dirty filthy hair thats grown out of someones head this is a reason for concern not calm the business should take this seriously unless they want to risk shutting down for health and safety purposes. Who will be wanting to calm down after almost ingesting someone else's body parts digusting. These staff probably eat hairs at home and are used to replacements but not at my house unfortunately. I’ve ordered from Pepes twice through UberEats, and both times they failed to include key items in my order. The first time, I thought it might just be a mistake, but when it happened again, it became clear that this is a consistent problem. To make matters worse, UberEats refused to refund me for the missing items, leaving me frustrated. It’s disappointing that a restaurant would continually get orders wrong and that their delivery partner doesn’t take responsibility either. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they address these issues. Terrible customer service all around.

First of all, me and my husband would like to thank the brother that served us from the bottom of hearts (We think he said his name was Moin). Not sure if he was the owner or not. Myself, my husband and a couple of brothers had been working all day fundraising for Charity Right. So we popped into this branch for dinner, before a long drive home back to Middlesbrough and London. Upon finding out that we work for a charity, the brother was very generous, he heavily discounted our meals and even treated us four to karak chai for our journey home from next door.
Also, not being biased because of the reason mentioned above, we genuinely travel to Sheffield time to time which is an hour and a half away from us for this particular branch. As the food is always amazing Alhamdulilah. Keep up the good work Insha'Allah.
