My Doner Kebab box (with fries) took 1 hour and 20 mins to come on a Sunday. If I had known it was going to take that long I wouldn't have bothered. However good customer service but was let down by how long it took to come as I was mega hungry they were either mega busy or they forgot me.

The kebab meat is actually tasty but seemed a bit dry, fries seemed a bit undercooked, the chilli sauce is hotter than average (although very nice) the naan bread was good, decent salad. Compared to other places was probably a less portion of doner meat here.

Once my order was ready, I was asked by a member of their staff team whether I required any sauces on the food, he did not understand English and made a commotion about me asking about what sauces they had. He then proceeded to put extra sauce all over the food in a angry manner. His colleague had to step in and tell him, that he shouldn't act like this with the customers. The man was so rude for no reason and then attempted to blame me for his behaviour when his colleague challenged. He did not understand English and this clearly frustrated him. One of the best takeaway in firth park a very hygienic and clean shop and food is absolutely nice for the price it’s worth it I would recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for quick quality fast food.
