Well where do I start I orded my food at 1830 got an ETA of 19:25 i waited till 19:45 till I called Islamabad about my order they replied that my order is on its way I received my order at 20:10 I was hungery and happy that my takeaway has arrived till I found items missing and also at my chips are soggy and wet I called back up telling Islamabad that my chips was is a bad state and that I haven't received the items I orded they kept saying they are busy and can't deliver the missing items saying they would give me a discount next time like am I really going to order from them ever again No. I told him if I don't receive my order in full I want a refund after I said that he agreed to deliver it and I didn't receive my order till 20:45 really bad service and how they stay open is beyond me first and last time I get food from this place horrible experience thanks...

Will never order from here again! Placed order on foodhoob and usual wait was 55 minutes. That time had passed and still no sign so I rang the place up and was told the driver has just set off so gave him another 5 minutes as they only live down the road from me. 20 minutes had gone by so my partner rang as was told the driver set off 10 minutes ago so we gave them another 5 minutes. 30 minutes had gone by so I rang again and was told the driver had just set off. With frustration I told the guy that he'd just told me over half an hour ago he'd just set off and he had hung up on me. Another 15 minutes went and it finally arrived. The food was steaming warm which obviously means they not bothered doing my food till about 20 minutes before. Absolute piss take and driver was rude...

Well where do I start?! I've been up and awake the majority of the night feeling very ill after ordering from this takeaway last night, we had a set meal deal and the curry was hands down the strangest, blandest thing I've ever tasted I had a chicken madras and my partner had a chicken curry and they both tasted very strange and so was my onion bhaji, not sure what ingredient it was but something with a really peculiar and disgusting taste slightly burnt/bitter taste and the cheese & garlic naan was very doughy and bland couldn't taste the garlic at all in my opinion not sure if many have had the same issue before. Safe to say will not be ordering from here again or recommending to anybody, such a waste of my hard...
