The Woodland Coffee Stop — Restaurant in Sheffield

It's really nice, there is a short but quite steep slope down to the cafe counter window from the road, so be careful if you have mobility issues or are pushing a wheelchair. The toilets are in a portakabin but I didn't go in. The food looked lovely, but we didn't have anything as we had a meal waiting for us in the slow cooker. We had a tea and a strawberry milkshake, which was a little creamy, and very nice, but anyone expecting an icecream milkshake like McDonald's probably won't be impressed. Not the cheapest, but not so different from anywhere these days. Great place to go for a walk and give yourself a little treat at the end. They also do craft days and kids activities which you can find on Facebook. 'Indoor' seating isn't exactly inside, but is within a dry shelter. Lots of outdoor...

Well if you haven't visited eccy woods and stopped off here I really think you've been distracted too much! This is a wonderful team who always have a smile and alternative milks to hand... What I adore about this little band of merry men (and women 😉)is how creative they get with their drinks and snacks - we have the London fog (lavender and creamy milk with a splash of tea oh it's divine on a winter's day) to gingerbread lattes to give Starbucks a run for their money... Then parkin or Bakewell tart, strong espresso made perfectly through to a delicious super affordable tomato and cheese toasty to keep you fuelled up for your walking fun - it's absolutely...

Located IN the woodland, Lovely setting, indoor seating presently not available, plenty of outside seating some looking directly into the woods. Great coffees, Nice food, snacks/sandwiches both hot & cold available,. A 15min walk will take to the heronry, on the edge of the wildlife sanctuary which is in the centre of the woods, to see the fabulous but noisy Herons, especially in spring when nest building. Down in the Limbrook valley lovely walks along the bubbling limb brook. Parking bays alongside the busy Abbey lane but if earlier enough turn into the parking area...
