Musa's Döner (Slough) — Restaurant in Slough

My first order from here had issues so I initially left an honest review before…….however I ordered from here again last night and was very impressed, the meats are really nice, decent portions etc, all went down very well, wife and kids also really enjoyed it all.

Due to this, I removed the poor review I left last time, to be fair and give this place another chance.

The only reason I have scored 4, is because the Turkish Pizza came as a wrap; and after speaking with the staff they confirmed that this is how it’s prepared, as a wrap

If it’s advertised as a pizza then it should come as a pizza, otherwise it’s clearly a wrap!

My kids were a bit disheartened over this as it came wrapped in foil and the bread had gone soggy with the heat/moisture, but I did manage to unwrap it and flatten; and put in the oven for a bit to slightly crisp the base; and it turned out decent and delicious.

Another reason for the 4, although not a big deal, but on both occasions I’ve ordered using Uber Eats and the staff have not read the instructions I’ve put in for each meal. This is something they should be checking, as it could contain detail about allergies or things to add/remove etc, as Uber Eats doesn’t always allow this as options. So I would recommend calling the place after you’ve ordered, just to make everything clear.

So really cannot fault the ingredients etc, everything was perfect and tasty, but scored due to the efforts I had to put in to rectify the problem with the Turkish Pizza/or wrap!

Would definitely be ordering from here again, but maybe won’t be adding the Turkish Pizza...

Took my wife here recently for the first time. We ordered 6 wings, fries & a mixed donner. The shop is pretty small and there are around 8 seats in total. 4 to the side and 1 table with 4.

The service we received from the server was great. He asked us how we wanted the wings cooked etc. The wings tasted really nice and were server with salad and sauce on top. This was really nice and the wings were juicy and succulent. The mixed donner was really well prepared and in a nice bread. The taste was very nice and it is one of the better donners you get in Slough.

Only issue I found is there is a lack of parking if you do go down and if some people are already eating in then you might be waiting a while to eat in. But for takeaways etc. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try as I will be visiting...

First time and the last time sadly we ordered the food and whilst waiting experienced some shocking behaviours. Staff arguing with eachother in front of customers you can feel the tension between them. Arrogance and rudeness one of the tongs fell on the floor was picked up and put back. Out of politeness we paid for the food whilst driving home we put everything in the nearest bin and drove to another place thats tried and tested for 20 years plus. Lesson learnt its sometimes good to try other places and get burnt so you can appreciate your usual kebab shop. Really sorry but you wont see me or any of my family & friends again. Please work on...
