TAKEAWAY DELIVERY TOOK OVER 2 HOURS.

Ordered and it said 40 mins - 60 mins. No sign after an hour so I called. Advised it was out for delivery and be with us soon. 30 mins later and no sign of delivery. I called again. The same person answered and advised it was still in the kitchen, yet before they said it was out for delivery so blatant lies. I explained that I had friends around and we needed to eat soon before they left. They gave an excuse of a driver breaking down, but how could that happen if my order hadn’t left the kitchen. Again, a blatant lie. I had to demand that someone deliver within the next 10 mins and expressed I was unhappy. They delivered within 15 mins but this meant we waited over 2 hours. The food was hot but it had clearly been rushed; the curry was watery and naan’s tasted a bit raw like they hadn’t been cooked for long enough.

I have ordered here several times and always been happy, but this time was dreadful. I would have given them another chance, but the fact they lied to me and didn’t offer any incentive such as a refund shows their...

We have visited this restaurant on a couple of occasions now and been truly blown away both times. Firstly, the staff…All the staff are extremely customer focused, ensuring you have everything you need. They are happy to discuss the dishes with you, and let’s say you want to slightly deviate from what is on the menu (perhaps have the dishes more spicy, or have them as a slightly smaller portion), they engage fully with you to try to give you the best dining experience.

Secondly the food…. The menu is expansive, with many dishes that you wouldn’t normally see on an Indian restaurant menu, but still with all the old favourites present. I would implore you to try some of the specials, the flavours are quite incredible and a real step up from your run of the mill Indian food.

Don’t get much time to eat out, but when the chance arises this will always be near the top...

Visited for the first time since opening. Very warm welcome on entrance and seated even though we hadn't booked a table. Staff very attentive and helpful just want you to be comfortable and enjoy your meal. Good selection of food which we were told is made fresh to order and all brought out by hand rather than on a trolley where dishes could be sat for a few mins before coming out. Starters were good onion bhaji & nargis Kebab (could have been slightly warmer). Mains came out piping hot all very tasty and lots of meat in the dishes. Rice and naan were also very nice. Chef is obviously very good at what he does and takes pride in serving good quality food but beware it may not be as quick as some other restaurants (this was ok for us as food was really good). Will certainly be visiting again and would highly recommend to anyone.
