Good service which was nice to see. The staff bought the meal over and cleared the table, even though we was just about too. The car park is a little on the small side and was rather busy but maybe we just called in at a busy part of the day. The number they gave us for the table did raise a smile, your number 520 lol thought a long wait might be in the offing but no need to worry (2 mins)

This is the busiest Macdonald's I have visited. Had trouble parking, drive through full! But credit to them the service was quick and toilets clean . 3rd visit early morning. Very clean and definitely more quiet. NHS discount with McDonald's app well worth it!

This is the busiest Macdonald's I have visited. Had trouble parking, drive through full! But credit to them the service was quick and toilets clean . 3rd visit early morning. Very clean and definitely more quiet. NHS discount with McDonald's app well worth it!

Just visited this restaurant, 07/06/15 around 7 o'clock. Whilst here we encountered rude, unorganised and extremely unprofessional staff. The restaurant were not overly busy as people were not queuing, we placed our order and stood to one side to wait with out friends who had already ordered. We waited for 10 minutes; our friends drinks were delivered, waited a further 5 minutes where our food was delivered before our drink, however we had not yet been given our drinks. It soon became clear that here was an issue with our friends order, but the staff had not informed our friend of this. At this point the manager took a portion of Chicken Select from the rack (not under heated lights) and handed them to the kitchen for them to be used in the wrap that had not been made. When my friend stepped forward to protest that this wasn't what she wanted, the manager continued with what she was doing and a colleague spoke to my friend and explained that her order had been missed and were sorting it out with the quickest way they knew how (completely ignoring said friends request of not wanting second hand chicken, with it not being fresh). Once complete, the manager bagged up the food and handed it over, I still hadn't recieved my drinks and had to request them. As I was handed the drinks I politely suggested that her customer service could have been improved if the manager had explained that there had been an issue with the order and that actually the chicken select chicken is the same chicken used in the chicken and bacon wrap she had ordered. When I left the restaurant, my daughter looked back and witnessed the members of staff making a face and complaining my comment to another customer, who had been standing there waiting for his order longer than I had.

Considering this is my 3rd visit to the chain store in the last 2 years, all experiences have been appalling, with disorganised staff with clearly no support from managers when things don't go how they're supposed to, and this isn't just with my orders but with multiple orders being placed around me. This isn't my experience of other McDonald's restaurants, and feel this particular store lets down other stores who clearly work hard in maintaining a good level of...

We arrived here on Friday evening in peak holiday traffic; it was absolutely heaving and so decided to use the drive through. We navigated the car park not expecting a great experience. This was reinforced from the moment we turned the corner to be faced with a backed up queue of seven cars.

However, the queue of cars seemed to be moving quickly. It became apparent why - one of the customer assistants (Connor) was approaching the cars to take the orders and effectively cut down the need to wait for getting to the order point. He was a cheerful and smiled and seemed happy. It had a transformative effect on our experience.

The queue continued to be reduced quickly. The person (annoyingly I can't remember the name) who took our payment again approached the car in order to reduce the waiting time to a minimum. She was again cheerful, happy and friendly. this sort of pro active customer service is unusual and impressive.

When we reached the food delivery hatch the (manager?) was really attentive. It sounds ridiculous but he asked if we had sauces and was helpful with napkins - the attention to detail was really impressive. We can only assume it was his direction to the team which had made the customer experience so slick.

The food was extremely fresh because of the speed at which we'd been moved through the drive in queue and we left happy with our experience.

All in, and particularly under the difficult and busy circumstances, the quality of service at this McDonald's was really impressive. We were quickly able to feed two hungry children.
