Burger King — Restaurant in South Kesteven

Would appreciate some correspondence from managment attended on the 25/07/2017 for a meal with my family after being out with horses all day! Was greeted by a very rude team member who attitude to me ordering a Cajun tendercrisp was DRINK! Not what drink would u like literally just DRINK! sat down enjoying my meal chips were lovely apart from portion sizes being smaller than elsewhere eat my burger really enjoying it got to the edge BORK ALERT! PINK SQUISHY MEAT! NEARLY THREW UP.... took it to the counter to be told it comes pre cooked and was defiantly cooked. My response was it's not I've just chomped away and it's defiantly raw and PINK!!! MANAGER took it off me disposed of it and then approached me with a refund for my meal. Not what I wanted but practically threw it in my hand no apology nothing and he's knows we are regulars. Eating area was presented well with crowns and advertisement just not clean with dirty tables and seats. Poor, drive through speaker camera not working when visiting (no sign letting customers know) after waiting drove up to the window and knocked....nothing( dispite staff walking passed. Blew horn twice and switched on roof flashing rotor flashes- turning their service kiosk in to a disco ( I'm in a large white van)to get staffs attention....nothing. On to Google, found the outlets number, after several minutes the phone was answered and asked if they were open ( no shop times displayed) they told me they were and served me, quite dismissively ...15 minutes for a drive through....i kept it polite at all times, especially if being served food. Just been again, lovely food but... once again for the third time in a row, missing items on the order, NO CHIPS ON THE MEAL!!!! WHICH WE HAVE PAID FOR!! This time served by Beaulah, we never have this problem when Michael or Tamzin is on shift! Problem is, you don't realise until you're home and serving it out. Phone number won't ring out so you can't inform them of the mistake so feeling forced to write this review. Sorry guys but you really need to sort this out!!
