Pizzaria & Grill — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Stopped here after a long flight for a takeaway pizza and pasta thinking would be quick and easy after coming back from the airport. Took just under an hour to be served a pizza and pasta. Also to add the pasta was cold in the middle! Considering we waited under an hour you would expect it to be piping hot. ( Considering this had chicken in a high risk food for not great! ) They offered us a free can of drink no discount or money back considering the time we waited and then to receive cold pasta. Hygiene wasn't brilliant either most staff members had jewellery on and no hair nets!...

I've had pizza from here many times and it's very nice, there's a great variety of toppings. I do have complaints that prevent it from being 5 star. The drinks usually arrive warm which is somewhat unpleasant and every food I've tried that isn't pizza is definitely of considerably lower quality. The chips are flavourless & soggy and the burgers are coated in salt. If the side menu was up to the same standard as the pizza's this would be a contender for being the best takeaway in Norfolk, but...

Finally treated myself to a self indulgent ‘takeaway’.

Emailed confirmation of my order stated it would be delivered at 4.53 (within the 45 min advertised)... and amazingly at 4.53 a car pulled up with my order and friendly delivery guy.

Pizza was yum, obviously fresh ingredients and tasted delicious and ‘home’ made.

How you can transport breaded onion rings and deliver them so perfectly cooked I know not (crisp and flavoursome).
