This is an amazing product, and honestly felt sorry not to give 5 stars, however...... it's just so many times the person serving was not fully trained (which would be fine if supervised while learning, but when left on their own then it affects the quality of the product and the speed of the service) and so many times we were either missing some of the toppings, or ice, or had too much sugar, or even got a hot drink instead of ice cold one. I hesitate nowadays to stop and buy just because I don't know what to expect, and I have to pay attention every time and point out if any errors with the order so they can be fixed... This has now happend during our last 4 -5 purchases (it's not a one off) so it does become a little unpleasant. it's not a cheap product, but I do think it's worth every penny when you get what...

Ordered 4 drinks (1 not in photo) macha, peach tea with white pearl, chocolate something (forgot the actual name) and milk tea, they all tasted so goooood! You can ask for the level of sweetness and ice. The white pearl surprisingly yummy and chewy! I tried the macha and share peach tea with my boy, and can’t wait to try their other fruity tea 🤩 And also order the bubble waffle 😋, strong egg flavour which is good I like it! Will add ice cream when the summer comes 😂
