Dear Gails, this is the second time I've encountered bad customer service here.

Today I went into your establishment and infront of me, a nice man asked for anything vegan. Your employee responded with very little concern and knowledge and said there were no vegan options. Being in earshot, I had to interrupt and suggest the Tahini bites which are vegan and say so on the label displayed ("Plant based"). The customer then went on buying SIX of these. You're welcome.

The customer and myself both got talking and as we were talking, she dropped the cake bag on the floor and then shrugged it off by saying "I've softened them for you". Completely unacceptable and unnecessary. She didn't even open the bag to check if the cakes were okay.

The staff here are careless and really let your business down. Other Gail's around the UK have much better quality of service.

Perhaps stop hiring young candidates who clearly have no care and treat this place and its customers with no respect whatsoever. Just there for the pay slip and the...

While the staff here were friendly, I had a really disappointing experience here today.

The customer in front took the last of a particular sandwich, so I asked if there would be any more made, or if that was the last one and I should pick something else. They said there were more being made as we speak, and they will be ready in 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later they still weren't ready, so I asked for an update and was told they would be about 10 minutes. I ended up having to leave and get a sandwich from the supermarket instead since our parking was expiring.

Had I been properly informed about the wait times, I would've chosen something else from what was already available. Please don't tell customers that something is 5-10 mins away if it'll actually be more like 30-40 mins - it made our visit a really bad experience, and it'll definitely put me off returning to...
