Tasty veggie burger made with mashed potatoes and veggies with a crunchy breading. Standard frozen burger, but it was prepared with care, which makes the difference between something you enjoy and would order again and something that you can just get down. Garnished with onion and served with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber salad and some very nicely-cooked chips. Appreciated after a long day of cruising down the Thames in the hot sun. My new favourite bar/café! Used to be Boaters, right on the Kennet overlooking Caversham Marina off Henley Road - feels like being on the Solent, such a refreshing change and we were given such a warm welcome by Lawrence and the team, I can’t wait to go back! Website says food until 8:30 pm. Turned up at 7:50 but miserable grumpy bloke behind the bar said they'd stop serving. I pointed out the website says 8:30pm but he gruffly said "no, 8:00pm!"
