My friend and and we’re in the queue at approx 12.25 deciding on our lunch order. A lady was at the till wanting a refund as her order not arrived, the cashier was sorting it with apologies, an assistant came out with (looked like) toasted bagel? The lady said too late can’t stay any longer. A lady in front of us with a child ordered. We started our order and cashier said will be half an hour, kitchen assistant remarked will be an ‘HOUR’ !!!! as it was now 12.33 much too long so just ordered drinks and cheese scones. We noticed there were approx 4 tables waiting, the lady with the child got their food order 10 mins ! Followed by another 2 customers who were in the queue well after us, 10 min wait again. A lady came and sat next to us, we told her what had happened but her order came out in yet another 10 mins!! There were 3 Tescos employees directly behind us in the queue, hope they had a 2 hour lunch break. The cashier was pleasant and respectful, other assistant said we only have ‘one chef’. Read moreI went there to have drinks and bit of snacks while waiting for my car to be valletted. I fancied scones and it says that it serves with butter and jam. He told me that it doesn't go with jam as it also ordered dragon ice drink as it was very warm that day. Noooooo good at all. The server is very rude, and he filled my drinks with loads of ice which at the end as if I was drinking water full of ice.i will never go there again. I am not sure if it is own by Tesco but what I had is a rude server and drinks...

We had cod & chips and scampi & chips. Better than our local chippy tbh. Wasnt expecting this from a supermarket cafe. Seating was pleasant and spacious.
And what made it all the more awesome was the chirpy waitress, nice to see a smiling face and winning attitude. Wanted to mention her name here, but thought it might seem creepy to go...
