Not really a museum but a small collection of curios and a very empty ancient pump house! Hard to find the entrance (basically have to walk through the pub courtyard area) and then it's two small outbuildings. The pub next door is lovely though!!!

Out of the way, but with a fantastic pub / Inn next to it. Original sewage pump house for Reading (doesn't smell) with pistons, next to the river. Some history on travellers and the horse drawn caravan. Including one built in Reading. Poetry and art displayed in museum, from local...

It's a small place. It won't take more than 30 minutes but it is interesting and the gypsy caravan is beautiful. After visiting you can walk to the Reading Abbey ruins, they're nearby. We'll worth a visit because they are excellently curated. Two free visits for the...
