I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bukhara Samlesbury and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment westepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. The ambiance was simply perfect, with dim lighting, cozy seating, and a beautiful decor that transported us toa different world.
Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was nothing short of amazing. Every single dish we ordered was an absolute delight for our taste buds. The flavors were rich, intense, and perfectly balanced. Each bite was like a party in our mouths, leaving us craving for more. The quality of ingredients used was evident in every dish, as everything tasted so fresh and delicious.
One of the standout dishes for me was the lamb chops, leg of lamb & seekh kebab. The tenderness of the meat combined with the aromatic spices was truly outstanding. It was cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavors. The butter chicken & Kachori chaat was another highlight. The creamy, velvety tomato-based sauce was heavenly, and the chicken was incredibly tender. It was one of the best butter chickens I have ever had.
The service at Bukhara Samlesbury was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure that every need was met. They were more than happy to provide recommendations, answer any questions, and ensured that our dining experience was flawless. The attention to detail and the level of hospitality truly made us feel like valued guests.
In addition to the exceptional food and service, the portion sizes were generous, making it worth every penny. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied and content, with our cravings fully satisfied.
Overall, I can confidently say that Bukhara Samlesbury deserves a solid five-star rating in every aspect. From the moment we entered until the moment we left, it was an absolute pleasure. The food was outstanding, the staff was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect. If you're in search of an incredible dining experience, look no further than Bukhara Samlesbury. It will surely exceed your expectations...
Read moreOur first visit was at 10.30 and we’re told upon arrival that the kitchen is closing so we had to order straightaway and all the food would be served together which we agreed. The Bihari kebab were hard and non edible so this was knocked off the bill without an apology, the 1st experience was rushed as the staff were eating on a table nearby, basically they wanted us out of the door by 11.00pm. On our 2nd visit, we reached the restaurant at 10.00 thinking we had 1 hour to dine and enjoy, bearing in mind we travelled 60 miles for the dining experience. Upon arrival this time the same waiter as the week before asked us why we have come so late and the kitchen will be closing in 5 minutes so we had to order straight away. Our protest at pointing out the time of 10.00pm fell on deaf ears. We tried ordering the Behari kebabs again but were told that non of our customers have had a problem with the Behari kebabs besides us and they would be same as the weeks before therefore they will not serve us the kebabs. After ordering our starters and main meal, all our food was brought out together with no explanation, again this was a very rushed experience. Overall the establishment forgot that we were paying customers! WILL NOT BE DINING...
Read moreI had a very bad first experience. Hospitality was poor. No courtesy. No respect. No mannerism. Treated us like unwanted guests even though I booked my table an hour ago for 2 people. Was forced to sit on a very small single table right under the overhead air conditioner, even when there were 4 other tables available. The menu were thrown at our table. Waiter came after many waves of hand and calls. When I ordered him and asked about one of the starters he said" we are very busy with around 50 guest upstairs in a birthday party so order all in one" it was rude, disrespectful and no manners. When I complained the manager he said the same thing and was happy for us to leave the restaurant without eating. This is my first ever experience of such horrible gesture of hospitality in any restaurant across the world. As we travelled for hour and half on our way back home, we had no energy to find another hotel to stayed and ate. Food was no doubt very good but on the same hand very expensive. For 2 of us with only 2 main course, no starters and no deserts, and no drinks, costed us £19 per head. So over all good food .. But the rest is...
