So bad! Every time you order it’s always late, have never had an order from here on time! 2 hours plus on delivery no matter what day or what time you order, will never be ordering from here again!! I ordered at 8.30 on a Monday night, called at 9.45 order still wasn’t delivered, the guy says it’s already left. 10.20 still not arrived so call again, another guy calls the drivers and then comes back and says neither of the drivers have got your order so don’t know where your order is!!...

Love sweet dreams I'm a super regular customer so it's probably about time I wrote a review. Best sweet place in Shields it's always delicious, pancakes are the best! Arrive soft fluffy and warm. Food was supposed to be here 7:45, food still hasn’t arrived and as I’m now writing this it’s 8:25, called the restaurant 8:05 to see where the food was and he said the driver was on his way but still no sign of ANY food yet. Massively disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Update, food got here 8:35, the food I’ve got now is cold and there’s not even any straws for the milkshake. The ice cream was barely ice cream...
