Coffee heaven and plenty of treats to have with your favorite brew. I have only one complaint & it's about the time it takes from order to the coffee being made. It's not just this coffee shop but all of the Starbucks chain. If you have a qué THATS 3 PEOPLE! you can wait 7 mins or MORE to get a cup of coffee. Yes I know you can order online in advance,but that's not always convenient & only marginally faster. COME ON STARBUCKS YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE COFFEE MACHINES IN STORE SO THAT COFFEE CAN BE BREWED & SERVED MORE QUICKLY. YOU MUST BE LOSING CUSTOM DUE TO THE TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE A SIMPLE COFFEE? Read more9/10 times you arrive to the cafe being closed and drive thru only and half those times the drive they is also closed! Attended today to customer sat inside the cafe but with the doors locked and a crowd of people stood outside the doors confused and staff just actively ignoring the group of people. Once finally inside we were all met with the usual ‘drive thru only’ attitude and when challenged that customers were in store already we were told ‘fine but it’ll take a while’ and the whole way through making orders the staff constantly shook their heads, huffed and puffed, and verbalised ‘how much of a joke this is’. To make matters worse, the girl doubted me by saying…. I’m not doubting what you said but…. When she wasn’t even the one who took the order.At this point I lost it and made it quite clear that I know the difference between Beyond breakfast barm and Signature barm, which I’ve actually never heard of. She then said … no need to be rude I’m trying to help. Then turned her back and walked off leaving someone else to deal with me.
