Not our favourite. This is the first Indian takeaway we have had that wasn’t great. It was our first order here, we usually go to one in Brookmans Park. We ordered 2 x tikka, 1 x Jalfrezi, 3 x mushroom rice and 1 x garlic naan. The tikkas were bland and brown - see image. The rice was also bland, we usually love mushroom rice. The jalfrezi was standard but the chicken was a bit tough. The naan was great flavour but quite small. Order arrived on time and the man was really lovely but the food is just okay. We probably wouldn’t order here again, sorry guys.

For our takeaway, we ordered a starter of butterflied prawns, deep fried in breadcrumbs for £7.99. We were expecting 5. We got one ( photo below). And it was dry and encased in thick orange breadcrumbs. When I referred to this on their Facebook page, I was told that I had powered the wrong dish and that dish only had 1 prawn. Really? For £7.99? The,tandoori chicken was mediocre and the chicken biriani had virtually no meat in it. A deeply disappointing waste of nearly £30. I would steer clear of this restaurant in future.

Very rude and disrespectful person at reception. I paid £8.95 for “Balti Prawn dish” which is made with very cheap tiny frozen prawns which is tasteless!! Waste of money and never order again !

Well what a lovely dinner me and my husband have just had.we usually eat in the restaurant but me and my husband have been ill and we are celebrating our anniversary so we thought we would order a take away which I thought would never match up to eating in the restaurant but it has exceeded our expectations.the food was fresh and the quantity was plentiful that we will have enough for dinner tomorrow aswell.i would recommend bengal spice jersey farm to be honest I really don't think we will go anywhere else for dinning in or take away thank you for our delicious food guys honestly try the 16.95 menu of a starter, main, side, rice or nan it's great value.once again had a lovely meal here on Sunday would recommend it's so good value and delicious the new owners are lovely and welcoming and you can bring your own alcoholic drinks at the moment as their is no bar yet honestly best food and very reasonable prices can't go wrong eating here...

RUDE customer service.

When given the bill to pay, and saying we would like to split the bill, my card was taken and tapped onto the machine, paying the full bill. Not even asking "can I use contactless" or confirming how much I was to pay, but just assumed that the bill was paid in full by myself. When I asked him why he did that, he said "well it's ok for me" ... to which I said of course its ok for you, you have now been paid, and now me and my friends need to figure another way to pay each other back. To which he then walked away muttering under his breath. I hope no one else experiences this, I will never return.

Which is a shame because the...
