The Bluesea Fish & Chips and Kebabs — Restaurant in St Albans

Good points- free parking, friendly staff and a welcoming layout. Bad points- a lot! The food was bad very bad! The chips were cold and sad looking (shrivelled) and the fried chicken smelt of fish and tasted of fish! After just one bite of the chicken, I spat it out, looked through the other pieces and they were the same, had to throw the chicken away. I ate the chips though as I was hungry, they tasted okay even though they looked not okay.

I was actually originally shocked at how cheap their pricing was when I bought it, I would urge them to increase their prices and then improve the quality. They will soon lose their business with the current...

Ordered off Uber said it was delivered but never arrived and was charged for it When we called the restaurant they said they never received the order even thou driver was despatched from Uber and it said it was delivered but clearly to someone else !! Staff were extremely rude to me and my wife and having children were very upset 😡

Please do not order off of these people as they clearly have made a mistake and given our food to someone else and now we have to argue it out with Uber and PayPal

They told me to write what I like as I was not happy with the food, so...the food was 'alright' a bit greasy, but after waiting an hour and half for the food and then to receive a phone call to say it will be a further 15 when actually it was another half hour its a joke. They have rude customer service as when I rang to ask how much longer it will be he kept talking over me and kept attempting to shut me up. Apart from the delivery driver who was actually alright and bought me a complimentary bottle of coke. But I will not be ordering from here...
