Our first ever order from brothers burgers. Ordered £50 worth of food at 5:10pm only got here at 7:20pm waiting over 2 hours. On arrival they had forgot to include £6 sweet potato fries and a double cheese burger £8.50. One of the burgers that actually arrived was that soggy and had to take the bottom bun off it. Tried calling restaurant to tell them that the food was missing we were put on hold and then the phone was put down on us with no resolution. Absolutely shocking abysmal service. Read previous reviews there and brothers have replied to say the streets are grid locked, fair enough but when we first called to ask where the order is the person didn’t say that. Also half the people who order don’t use Instagram or follow there account.
Reply to brothers burgers comment: With the response given by yourselves it is evident your customer service is horrific. Instead of trying to rectify the issue you place blame on your customers for leaving a review. As stated We tried to contact you but the phone was put down. So how many times should a customer try and contact you? Our complaint is not the roads or the time waited it’s because we didn’t receive half the order we had paid for. Read moreMost experiences I've had with brothers had been great but unfortunately tonight they fell short of the Mark. Firstly the order was made awkward as website wasn't taking orders, Card was declined over the phone 3 times, asked if I could order and pay in person on arrival and was told no. So I drove to brothers to make my order and wait (paid with same card that was declined) , waited around 15mins and was given wrong order, only noticed it was wrong on the way home. Then returned and was kindly offered a free drink, only had to wait 5 mins for correct order but upon opening food at home one burger was wrong including mushrooms that had not been ordered and no sauce. This is easily done but what made it a bad experience was the thick dark hair (I'm ginger) I found in the BOTTOM of the fries box after eating over half of them, this obviously put me off my food and has left me dissatisfied with the price I've paid for a meal that has had lack of hygiene precautions to ensure a hair wouldn't fall into the food :( would include a picture to show it but not sure you can post on here. Read moreWe used to order from here but the waiting times for delivery were always ridiculous. Anyway we thought we would give it another ago and after 3 hours we hadnt received are food. I rang the place twice 1st time they said the food would be with us in 10 mins, 50 mins later still hadnt come and we had a text from just eat saying are order had been delivered. I rang the place again waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone the gent I spoke to was very apologetic and they remade are food but we went and picked it up rather then wait again for delivery. When my husband picked the food up again they were very apologetic and gave us a couple of free milkshakes. It's a shame because once we got the food it was absolutely delicious. But definitely wont order for delivery from here ever again. But...
