Ordered online only to receive a txt to say it was running late, it took over an hour to arrive. It was under cooked and base was just a soft sloppy dough, veg not cooked either. Worse still the meat was unrecognisable, cheap and nasty ingredients that smelt so bad. I called Mr Pizza and was immediately handed over to the Manager who explained the reason the Ham smelt like a dead rat was that they use ‘turkey ham’ not actual Ham, disgusting, what actually is turkey ham anyway??? He proceeded to argue with me and was not in the least bit concerned that he is serving inedible sub standard food.... £25.00 down the drain. He also informed me they had had no other complaints in the past..... really? Try reading your reviews. Everything was ok till i said and 1 milkshake he said they dont have milk shake s told him. I got the flyer yestherday in post and milkshake is there ( i will make a photo too) and then i said ok maybe a strawberry cheesecake . And he closed the call . Anyone can read the flyer
Update : So it was a bad connection. And the call got droped when speaking. they said the person did not close the call and as a sorry from them i ve got a free meal .

Its an American thing and should not be encouraged here, You want to charge more, charge more, that is your prerogative, you've already increased your prices but sneaking it onto the bill after i have agreed upon a payment amount is disgusting.
In responce to the reply left by mr pizza, The assumption of ordering food in is that the price includes the labour of making the take away. Adding a service charge, regardless of amount, stinks of paying twice...
