"The Spice Boys' Grand Heist: A Diya Curry House Saga"
Call the cops, summon the curry constabulary, alert the naan navy. The Spice Boys are back in town, and this time, they've hit Diya with the force of a thousand chilli's.
That's right, Bryan "Madras Eyes" Malone, Slater "The Poppadom Kid", and The Joey (no one knows his surname, like Cher but spicier) executed a flawless gastronomic heist. Garlic naans, Peshawari naans, onion bhaji's, pilau rice and chips... carba chameleons. Then came the heavy artillery: Chilli chicken masala, Naga chicken (the danger chicken), and of course, a tikka masala especially for The Joey, because The Joey plays by his own rules.
The Spice Boys wrapped the whole job up like a samosa of destiny with three shimmering pints of Cobra, glowing like golden orbs forged in the spice mines of Bengal.
And, just as the Spice Boys were about to vanish into the night like coriander scented phantoms, the waiter, in a move of legendary chaos, spilled a beer onto the carpet as if summoning a beer genie. Hey that's just the dragons way, baby.
If you're looking for a place where flavour meets the danger and the rice might be your last, Diya is your scene. Just watch out for the back door, The Spice Boys have already mapped their escape route.

Not the sort of atmosphere you would expect when dining out to relax after a long day at work. Enjoyed the food but not the atmosphere or experience. Very disappointing, wish we had just cancelled and left before ordering food as it just got worse until the point it was obvious none of us were enjoying...

The décor is well done and furnished to a high standard with the Dija logo everywhere you look including the plates etc. the kitchen is partly open-plan so depending on your seating you can watch you food being prepared. All in all this is a very good Indian with house specials and some dishes form alternative regions to make your selection a little...
