Very warm welcome for families. We came with our toddler and it was perfect. There was a kids menu, highchairs, good changing facilities, plastic plates and cutlery and a little bookshelf with kids books for entertainment while you wait. They even made sure that the babyccino and beans weren't too hot. Very quick service despite them being quite full and we had a great breakfast each. The real cherry on top was being offered a glass of water when I was breastfeeding my toddler - if you've breastfed you'll know how thirsty it makes you! If you've breastfed, especially into toddlerhood, you'll also know that you can feel a bit anxious not knowing if you'll get any negative comments so that show of support was so appreciated. It's a shame we live so far away otherwise we'd be coming...

Was greeted with a woman who didn't even approach the door, just curled her finger at the two of us like we were dogs.
After ordering us to sit at a table, threw a contact slip onto the table and walked off again, no conversation.
Took our orders of two diet cokes. with a very "I'm impatient just make your order" tone of voice and face. Then 10 minutes later promptly threw/slammed the glasses down and walked off again.
If you want to eat or drink at this place, remember to bring a mask and something to protect you from the sense of superiority...
   Read moreAbsolutely horrified after supporting this local business for years and coming in twice a week we were rudly told to leave after spending almost £40 on breakfast. We hadn't finished our 3rd round of drinks and was going to order lunch and cakes but will never step foot back in this place again. No explanation. Why the rush to get us out when we were spending money and supporting you? Bizarre. Have already cancelled the weekends breakfast and was going to have afternoon tea here with my friends but will book boc boc...
