I regularly use this pizza shop, at lest once a week sometimes more. Food has always been great and they offer a great vegan range. Unfortunately tonight when ordering online I hit the vegetarian pizza instead of vegan, I rung the store as soon as I noticed, about 12 minutes later and spoke to a lady and explained I couldn’t eat it as I was vegan, she said no problem at all and she would get it changed. I then got a call back a few minutes later saying it’s already been made and they wouldn’t change it and it would be delivered in half an hour. Friendly staff, the best chicken fillet/chips combo in town, but the pizza is not. It used to be the best pizza in town but what was once a fluffy deep pan with tomato herb purée base and pull-apart cheese is now a bland, almost sourdough-esque pizza with LITERALLY minimal purée. If there was a criteria for the amount of sauce required in cheesy bread for it to be called pizza, this would be the hardest distinction to make. If only I could post a picture of the pizza, it would show the half-teaspoon of sauce used. If they would deliver sides only without pizza then I would give 5 stars, but a pizza is needed on the order...

We absolutely love this pizza shop! We’ve ordered countless times, and every experience has been good. The food is always good, with generous portions and consist quality. Prices are very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
