Subway — Restaurant in Stafford

Really poor experience in store yesterday. I ordered two 12 inch sandwiches and some cookies. The first sandwich was a chicken and guacamole sub - the server did not put a full serving of chicken on and then tried to charge extra for the guac. After a lot of back and forth this was eventually resolved. The other sub was a veggie patty. It wasn't until I got home that my wife realised there was no patty or cheese on the sub as requested. I called the store and they said to come back and they would remake the sandwich. Upon my return to store I was told that the server had put the sandwich through as a veggie delight and that I should have checked the sandwich had been made correctly before leaving the store, i.e. it was my fault he didn't listen to my order properly. I was also told I needed to pay extra for the patty, which I did reluctantly. I received no apology, no compensation for the inconvenience and poor service and extra 30 minutes travel/petrol. I would not recommend visiting this store if you want a pleasant experience and the food...

Only given 1 star as I can't give 0! Ordered online at 12.24pm , chose asap delivery online which stated deliver before 13.15pm on the order and confirmation, finally turn up at 14.14pm! Nearly 2 hours for delivery, dominos Cook their pizzas from scratch and deliver quicker than that. When voiced I'd been calling the shop continuously but it either didn't get answered ( left ringing for 7 minutes on one occasion) or was engaged ( don't know how when not answering) I got attitude from the delivery driver saying they had queues of 30 people out of the door and orders to deliver so what did I expect them to do!! Not try to deliver an order two hours after its ordered and to apologise at least maybe!!...I would have still had the order if there was communication or an apology, but for his attitude alone I refused it . Customer service skills course is what...

I have just been to this subway store and my experience was shocking. I am a big subway fan and never had a problem with any other store but this one was an exception! I was only given a choice of TWO bread types and couldn't have my usual one because the others were cooking which didn't bother me too much but on top of that the guy was completely clueless. His communication was poor and he couldn't even fold it up properly without all the salad going everywhere!! Anyway, as we went to sit down other people went to order and were able to choose their preferred bread! I would not of had a problem waiting for 3 minutes so I could have what I wanted but the guy did not even bother to tell me this therefore i didnt really have much of a choice! Appalling...
