I popped in for a breakfast. I ordered the Eggs Benedict as I have never had it before and I wanted to try it out, along with a cup of coffee. The Mulberry Tree is nicely decorated. It has wooden beams and a lovely, relaxed feel to it. The Eggs Benedict was nice. As was the coffee. Dan, the bar manager, was very polite and welcoming. It is a Greene King pub and has a large selection of gins. The breakfast was good value (about £6). I browsed through the other menus and thought that they would be a good value too. Certainly worth another visit.

Nice drinks, nice food but I ordered nachos and I asked to don't include the spicy sauce as I can get really ill if I eat spicy food and it had sauce all over it and they excluded the sour cream sauce! I am glad I asked a friend to try it before I would! I will be coming back, but the pub staff should be more careful about food allergies!!!

Had Sunday lunch here with the family. Everything about the food was amazing, all cooked perfectly. My 2 children also really enjoyed their food which is unusual for them ! The staff were really friendly and courteous. Will definitely be returning and recommending one of the best roasts we’ve had in a pub in a while !

I don't often give a full 5 stars, this place was OK. Decent pub, food and drinks are enjoyable, a solid 3 stars, but the thing that sealed the extra two stars for me was their acceptance and inclusion of neuro divergent and otherwise abled staff, the young person (I didn't ask for their pronouns, sorry) serving me was clearly on the spectrum and was very open and honest about their life and struggles, within a matter of minutes I went from a stranger interacting with a, and this is how they described themselves, gen zee'er, to a close friend and comrade, we spent what felt like hours chatting, though I didn't do much talking, they even leaned over the counter (though this was difficult as they were quite short) and told me about their secret and rather serious crush on another member of staff, I entered the mulberry a stranger passing through and left the mulberry a person with a new bestie (again this is how I was described) I can't wait to return and meet the other colourful characters this pub...

The plus points of this place are that it's dog friendly! And it was spotlessly clean throughout although I will say we visited about 3pm and it was very quiet. The staff were very pleasant and polite, efficient clearing away plates and provided all that we asked for. The negatives of this place, in my opinion primarily the menu! I think the menu designer could quite possibly have been on some sort of drug induced trip judging by the bizarre combinations particularly in their burger selection, greene King seem to have out done themselves here 😳 something that I felt really let them down was the staff knowledge, they didn't really seem knowledgeable about the menu and had as much enthusiasm about the strange serving styles (most things are in a bag or wrapped in tin foil) as a penguin turning vegan..... Its not horrific but probably not somewhere I'd visit again in any...

We visited your restaurant on the 14th May 23, we ordered 3 starters and 4 main courses when the waiter bought up the food he came over with 2 mains we said we were waiting for our starters the starters were very tasty when the mains came 2 steak and ale pies 1 bbq chicken and 1 roast beef , I must say the beef was lovely but the veg was like slops and the cabbage tasted like it had been boiled for days Also the roast potatoes tasted awful, I ate the beef and the Yorkshire pud but left the veg , when the guy came to collect the plates I told him about the veg and he said he would tell the manager we never saw the manager but he came back and said the chef said the veg was cooked fresh this morning ,well I can honestly say that I cook most Sundays and my veg has never tasted so awful or smelt so rancid , we will not be returning to your pub the manager never...
