Summary: Fantastic food, great service- TRY IT!

First, let me say unfortunately I have no photographs of the food, I was too hungry and too exited to dig into the food!

Let me tell you, i am a bit of a foody, and because of my of work travel the length and breadth of the country, which has advantages of trying lots of food!

Stevenage, is not one of my favourite places to eat as i find the quality of food to be lacking in most instances.

I visited TBB as the Mrs cooked food I didn't really like. I had heard it opened after some posts on the Stevenage forum on FB.

Finding the place was easy enough, and was welcomed by the owner and 2 members of staff. It was certainly a warm energetic welcome.

At the time, they had only been open 2 days.

I couldn't decide which items to try, so on recommendation of one of the staff, I went for a chicken burger with Halloumi, along with loaded chips, coleslaw and a Oreo shake.

The burger was absolutely fantastic. The grilled chicken was succulent, and perfectly cooked. I didn't find no burnt or dry bits, or uncooked pink bits (pet hates). The toppings where plentiful and the halloumi perfectly cooked (not the squeaky over cooked).

The loaded chips where something a bit different, they had a slight tang and lots of cool (cold) toppings, which added a nice dimension. They tasted even better the following day.

They make their own slaw, which is always pleasing. It was definitely one of the better ones i have had.

The milkshake was nice, full of flavour and not overly thin.

Overall, i have to say this is one of the best burger places in Stevenage, I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, welcoming...

My colleagues and I regularly order Burger Box to our workplace. It is easy to order online and always arrives quickly. The food is always hot and delicious. We order lots of different items but a special mention goes to the goujon boxes which are a favourite.

I really like that it is so easy to personalise orders from a selection of different ingredients and that the list of options for this is quite extensive. The menu itself has a good number of options and with some places quantity does not equate to quality but in this case it does.

I have also used Burger Box outside of work and can confirm that the kids menu options are just as good quality and a very generous size.

We have ordered well over 20 times (probably a lot more!) from here and have only had one issue which was a requested omission from a dish was added incorrectly. However, upon contacting the restaurant this was very swiftly rectified and a replacement was delivered quickly.

We always have very good service and look forward to lots more Burger Box meals...

Ordered from here a few weeks ago and at first i was extremely disappointed, i ordered on just eat and before my due time when it was meant to arrive i got a message saying on its way, i'm a if 5-7 minute drive away so after nearly 40 minutes the food arrived as you can guess was cold, unhappy with this i called the restaurant and the guy on the phone said to me he was sorry and it was not good enough and he will recook my order and bring it to me personally! within a reasonable time he and the food arrived full of apology as expected, then once we had consumed the food which was great i even called him back to thank him. This was the first time we had ordered from here the food was great and the customer service was excellent and i wont hold a bad just eat delivery driver against them we will definitely order from here again.
