Lounge 66 — Restaurant in Stockport

Very nice and cozy place. Loads of books which you can either read having a cup of tea/coffee or just borrow until you come next time...no questions asked... Dee, the owner bakes lovely cakes and cookies herself. I tried some and they were proper homemade cakes and cookies. Coffee is very nice. I love sugar which is like stone suger brown and white broken in small pieces. It reminds me very much of my childhood and my grandparents having tea biting it... I didn't have much food here so I can't comment on this. Coffee and free wi-fi for half an hour and a very lovely owner - this is what makes this place...

What a cute place we just found! Everything was so lovely. All the little touches and themes were beautiful. Too many cafes these days try to get away with a basic and minimalistic look. I really love cafes like this one which is beautifully decorated. The staff were very bubbly and friendly and the breakfast was soo tasty! A great way to start my morning. There looks to be a lot on menu so I cant wait to come back...
