The Little Hideout Cafe — Restaurant in Stockport

I love this place. We visit the hideout every weekend either for a sit in full English or breakfast barms to takeaway and every weekend they are absolute perfection! Richard and his staff are second to none, service is always great and the prices are very reasonable. Great value for money (&quality!). Their barbecue events are equally great. The food is delicious and with such a friendly atmosphere you really can't go wrong. I also love their home made Portuguese tarts, that are usually sold every Sunday 😍...

The breakfasts in the pictures look lovely, so others may have more luck, but we thought this place was 'just okay'... I had a toasted crumpet, so that can't really go wrong. But we also ordered the avacado on toast and it tasted a bit... odd.. Like it had been finished off with a fry in a pan used to cook bacon. Lovely attentive staff with great food and warm home feel coffee shop atmosphere (ignore Google Streetview, these are old photos and do not do the place justice)!
