Sandwich Heaven Bramhall — Restaurant in Stockport

I went in to order my breakfast. A lady on the counter very politely said she will be with me in a second. They had their menu on the board so I naturally approached to read it. And then a frustrated lady came out asking who was in first and as soon as I said me she started to shout in the most impolite way and as if she was talking to somebody with any understanding of English telling me to stand back from the counter and again shouted to be on the marked signs on the floor which was too far away from the counter and certainly more than 2 metres covid advisory distance. I couldn’t see the board now and she wanted me to order!? Was it the foreign looks of me or anything else, she will never get my custom again. Rude, impolite, inappropriate and for all the above reasons I lost my appetite and respect for the place and had to leave. I can’t imagine with that attitude how she was going to serve my food....

I have regularly shopped here and had the hot toast sandwiches are very tasty. I went yesterday and ordered a ham salad roll and a prawn and avocado roll. The prawn and avocado is advertised on the board at £3.70. When I paid I was charged £3.75 for a prawn roll and additional 60p for the avocado ( 3 small slices ). When I questioned it I was told the till automatically charges whatever you have. I didn't question it as I was in a rush. When I arrived home I also noticed that I was charged 60p each for Kit Kats, that clearly say 2 for £1 I had 3 and was charged £1.80. I work within the Bramhall area and occasionally treat myself and my colleagues to a lunch. Today I went down to Sandwich Heaven and was greeted by a very rude female worker. She refused to take a breakfast order before 12- the menu stipulates that these items can be ordered anytime before 12:30. Upon leaving, she accepted another customers breakfast order...

Her tone was very unwelcoming and she questioned me about the lack of catering at my work place. She seemed like she did not want my business and that I was an inconvenience within the store. I was actually ordering 5 different meals for my colleagues.
