When ordering i mentioned donner meat which i thought was included in the meal. The person taking the order did not alert me that donner meat was not included when I asked for my sauce to cover the donner meat. Had they done so, I would have changed my order. When I called back to question where the donner meat was they then told me it wasn’t included in the meal. Very disappointing, I was looking forward to this part of the meal. Our 3rd takeaway from here in just a few weeks, delivery service is fast and on time no matter what time we have ordered, we have also collected with no problem. Food always fresh and hot. credit where it’s due the food from here is sensational. The best kebabs we have had not just in stoke but anywhere. Chicken tikka just melts in the mouth and the naans are freshly made. Pizzas lovely and the spicy chicken fillet burgers are a big hit. Not great placed order at 5.30pm said 45 mins delivery 6.30pm rang as not turned up to say it will be a couple of mins. Rang again at 6.50pm as still not turned up to be told he has 2 deliveries so should be with us shortly.
