Absolutely shocking service. We purchased 7 large pizzas and 11 sides for a small new years eve gathers to thank our volunteers for there hard work. After 50 minutes, 3 pizzas arrived and nothing more. We rang up to complain ,they said they would be arriving shortly after...we said this wasn't acceptable and asked for the whole order to be redone ( 3 pizzas recooked to add to the rest ) they refused. We tried give these pizzas back to the driver who refused to accept them.

We asked to speak with a manger on the phone who simply was not helpful at all and said the rest of the order was 5 minutes away..... 20 minutes the order turned up. We told them we wanted our food in one complete order fresh and hot or a refund. After continuing to argue over the phone they refused to do it, so requested a full refund of the £100+ order as they simply refused to complete the agreed transaction as promised.

They told us to give the 3 pizza's back....upon the rest of the order arriving, the driver refused to take the pizzas back nor take the rest of the order back. He left them on our steps and went. Upon checking the order one item was short AND the food was barely warm. We tried to ring again to complain but our calls were ignored. We waited and waited for someone to come and collect the order...no one else turned up despite them saying they would... Absolutely ruined evening...thankfully a local independent pizza takeaway was able to save our night. The pizzas were not consumed and have not been used by us... if my refund is not in my account within 5 working days as promised then this complaint will be escalated further, as will the videos we took of how rude your delivery drivers are. Ordered two pizzas for husband and I around 1900hrs. This order took 45 minutes which was fine and expected. However, on arrival both boxes were damp on one side but driver stated he didn’t know why. Opened the pizzas and both pizzas looked liked they’d been thrown at a wall. (Suspect they’d been dropped or fallen in the car on route). My husband called the branch and was put through to an extremely rude duty manager who at first instantly questioned a previous complaint from an order 3 months prior (we are regular dominoes customers so had many pizzas since this time and saw it as irrelevant) rather than apologising. After this we were given unreasonable options to reciting the issue such as receiving the order again but it would take another 45 minutes. The customer service I received from the man on the phone was appalling and by far the worse I’ve ever experienced! Something which wasn’t my fault that should of been dealt with in a respectful manner was done with suspicion and a I couldn’t care less attitude . I will never order from this branch again and will be taking this further so hopefully others don’t receive the same...

Ordered on a Sunday at 7.15 to be told ready at 7.30 got there on time, to be shown a screen being prepared ready in 13 mins. I'm asian and can understand thier language while waiting inside the shop as it was 2c outside, Not a very polite team I must say. ( In that period listened to about 7-8 calls saying 'where's my order' seems as though they have the answer to a tee, same reply to all.) The chap packing the order into boxes, doing as the screen says 'quality control' notices all the mistakes as I witnessed, this pizza missing this topping, another missing this etc. (Swearing and cursing the chap making the pizza, in their own language) only to find out when I got home he was talking about 1 of my pizzas, a pepperoni passion, with added jalapeños. No jalapeños were cooked on the pizza, as it was missed before cooking and the time delay he just threw a few on. Closed the box. (Job done quality control passed) Seemed like he emptied the juice on as well as that's what the pizza tasted of. Couldn't be bothered to complain as I will get, the same reply as the rest got that day, live with it or find a local...
