Longton pizza — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered here for me and my boyfriend about 2 days ago, and I've never had a problem with this place until now. I don't know what's caused this, but I think some sanitary issues have gone on in this place, or there was out of date food. After my boyfriend had his pizza, his stomach went off and he didn't feel good. The same happened to me, and I felt sick after eating the pizza. My mum had some pizza, too, and around 7:30AM yesterday, she was throwing up in the bathroom. I woke up around that time and felt sick myself, but I went back to sleep. I then spent most of the day asleep yesterday because my stomach felt horridly off. I don't know if this was because a worker hadn't washed their hands or anything sanitary wise, or the food was out of date, but it was definitely something from the food of this place as I had not eaten anything but the pizza and nuggets I ordered from here. I'm giving it 2 star rating because the nuggets were completely fine, and only I ate them, and the delivery was quick. It just went downhill after me, my boyfriend and my mum ate the pizzas. I, now, still can hardly stomach anything apart from drinks, still. And this is me now writing this, 2 days after I ate here. I won't be ordering from here from now...

Very disappointed, have ordered ages ago from here but had bad experience so thought give it another go for some reason.

I ordered buy one get one free from the menu, on that menu was create your own allowing 4 toppings. Anyways I went for collection and got told it was for 1 12inch pizza as was half and half I had ordered, which clearly does not say that online it says create your own, can't post pics here to show. The person taking orders looked shocked aswell as it said buy one get one free. Also rang him and asked him look at the menu got told come back tomorrow to sort something out, not happening. Didn't give receipt and took leaflet off me as said was changing it by tomorrow so didn't need it. Also when I pulled up outside I thought AHH what have I done as the look of it doesn't look good but as I'd already ordered I thought I couldn't not collect the order. Customer service is absolutely rubbish no help whatsoever.

I didn't eat the pizza as was only enough for 1...

Have used this take away for a few years, never had an issue until recently, food is always 100% and usually get my order within 20-30mins on a weekday, an order i placed last weekend was over an hour and a half until it was delivered, chips were soggy, burger was warmish, never complained as they said it was sent out with a driver ages ago, i think driver took a little break.... but delivery on website stated 45mins....i always allow a few minutes extra especially at weekends knowing they can be busy and over run. placed an order tonight at 8pm, email said 8.50pm i would have my order by, just rang at 9.15pm......food is only just leaving the take away!!! No hate at all to this take away but delivery times etc seem to need updating on the website, other than this, i cant find any fault with them. Its now 9.30pm and im still waiting. Delivered at 9.39pm, 1hr 39min after order...
