Lahore Pizza & GRILL — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

After a ordering a portion of chips and two 9” inch pizzas one being a margarita with pineapple and a Texas bbq we received a portion of chips (so far so good) then two 12” margaritas rang up to explain and they proceeded to belittle me insinuating I was blind because “he put the pineapple on himself” rather rude, for a guy to come and collect the two wrong pizzas and tutted at because we’d started eating the chips for him to leave not saying if we were getting pizza (I had to ask what was happening) for the 5 minutes later the guy rudely kick our front door loudly! (whilst youngest was in bed) then gave us the same plain pizzas back ?! No idea how they think this is ok ? No apologies for the error or nothing I don’t understand why we experienced such horrible customer service...

I had 5 peri strips and curly fries. 2 of the strip were half the size of the other 3 and the portion of fries was also half of what it appeared, under them was a mountain of shreaded lettuce and onion. What i did have tasted good, but not so amazing to make up for the poor portion sizes.

I won't be wasting my money here again when Flippyz and Niagara are on the same road and...

I ordered a lahore mixed kebab for 1 for £8.99 and a cheesecake for 2 people but I was disappointed with the telephone derive I was provided. I also ordered a can of coke but I did not get that and the lamb in the mixed kebab had raw lamb inside it.
