Thanks perhaps due to a change of staff this is fast getting back to being a great pub. Its now becoming a nice friendly place to visit. Gone are the hostile stares that used to greet the unwary. Came in years ago excellent, came in about 10 months ago well so dismal have been coming in the last few weeks and Jordan the bar manager has turned it around getting it refurbished and as good ideas for the place, beer is always good and he is always happy in his approach to customers, who are always friendly. After being told outside that I was welcome in with my dog, I walked in to be told by a gentleman with a very nice dog called "ryan" that I shouldn't have brought him in. He proceeded to tell me I wasnt welcome inside and that I should leave. Just moved to the area and this was going to be my new local......
