It was a nice touch that they warmed my scone before bringing it to the Billy no mates table for one at which I was sitting. It seemed strange to me that the scone with butter was priced as an item on the menu. You want jam? That's extra. You want clotted cream? That's extra. You want both? That's extra, extra.
