Burger King — Restaurant in Stroud

I literally don't know how they can make standard BK food taste so foul. BK veggie offerings are pretty reasonable for a fast food chain, but here they literally made me want to physically vomit. Something tasted really bad, either the oil never gets changed or they fried it in with the beef burgers, but it was unparalleled in how stale and dirty it felt. Impressively awful.

UPDATE: Just read the other reviews, and it may be starting to make sense... I've not eaten meat for 37 years, so I literally don't know what beef tastes like.. I'm wondering if they served me a beef patty in veggie wrapping (BK veggie burgers look and I think taste like beef... so I'd not have known without my wife to taste test it for me). It would explain why it tasted different and made me feel sick.

Order at counter from ”Finn”, paid with my debit card, had to sign, and then Finn said I had to pay in cash also, transaction had not gone through. Showed him that my bank app had indeed debited my account with the anount from BK.

Finn refused to proceed without a second payment in cash. Did not carry any cash on me, I had to ask him to cancel transaction and give me signed slip.

Went to ”the Good Breakfast” and everything went well , paid and got my food,

Avoid BK and avoid...

The staff quite clearly didn't want to be there. The girl out the back was clearly on drugs. The food was disgusting, I was given every excuse under the sun about why it was disgusting and wasn't offered anything in return. I was told it would take 8 minutes to get my fries replaced of which was told with a laugh. Paying that much for services food you'd like to assume it'll be good. This was at 21:15 on the 22nd...
