Cream Curls Houghton Le Spring — Restaurant in Sunderland

Had food a couple of weeks ago which I believe came from.Washington and was excellent but last night we ordered delivered from.the new shop . Hoefully it gets better . Took around 90 minutes from.ordering . We had a cold burger and bun . A warmish burger and bun . Chips were nice and hot but the wrap which was no mayo or salad was covered in mayo . Tried to call a few times at 21.30 to 21.45 but couldnt connect so left emails . Will try again in a few weeks hopefully...

Tried here three times since it opened and the ice cream has always been very nice. A really good variety of ways to personalise your cream curl to how you want it. There can be a bit of a wait, and infruriatingly (and bizarrely) the only way to pre-order is via just eat. I have not tried the cakes or savoury food so can't comment on that. A good addition to the local area though and I'm sure we won't get bored of trying the many possible combinations of...

Ordered two simple ice creams, one customer in front of me ordered two as well and it took 26 minutes to get my order, went inside to complain to see two people standing around doing nothing other than playing around on there phone without a mask on, right next to the man making the ice creams. After complaining, he said it was almost ready and did not even say sorry. Such a joke this company, God help customers...
