KFC — Restaurant in Sunderland

What a JOKE!!!! Firstly the woman who took my order seemed like she was in space. Had to go over my order 3 times. When I paid and was given my change nearly £5 IN SLIVER 10p ,20p and 5p she managed to drop half of it.

Whet round to collect my order From another window and was told to park in a bay. I told them that I was in a rush and couldn’t wait (the whole point I went to a fast food drive through - what I never normally do) . I also asked if they could make sure that there was sauce on my sweet chilli bites ( because last time they were dry as a nuns *. ) . He assured me he would make sure there was sauce on. So I waited 8 mins for my order (thank god now I could get home after a busy stressful day).

I have arrived home and I am furious. Honestly I’m furious. I have a pot of sweet chilli bites missing and I have 9 hot wings missing! And to top it off the other two pots of sweet chilli bits may as well go to church ..... yep DRY!!!!

I have tried to call the KFC 4 times and no answer . I have left 4 voice mails asking them to call me . 9 hot wings and a pot of chilli bites is about £6.50. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable for that much of an order to be missing.

Unsure if the staff are genuinely challenged mentally or they are smoking something. But I don’t understand how they can forget to put items in. It’s not that hard!!!! And for not answering the phone . I suggest somone rings be back because I’m over that way every day for work and they don’t want an angry , sleep depraved , hungry new mother turning up at there drive through . Because even a Karen would look tame !!!!!

It’s like this place has just pulled a bunch of youths out of the job centre and put them there on a course! Ordered my food on the app for quickness, got there and the lass didn’t know how to use the till and she went to the manager and he said just go to the next window and tell them what you ordered! After another 20 minutes (with a massive queue behind me) I finally got my food! Decided to pull over and check it, and surprise surprise it’s wrong! Asked for coleslaw and got gravy and also asked for ketchup and got bbq. Got my order home and the boneless banquet was absolutely shocking! Half a pack of cold fries a popcorn chicken that was half full and the 3 smallest pieces of boneless chicken they must have had! I think this place needs to recruit a proper manager who knows what he is doing because this one clearly didn’t have a clue and also his staff were just all over the place with no organisation whatsoever. Definitely won’t be returning here...

This has to be the worst KFC I have had the privilege of going to. On entering it looked like a hurricane had hit inside with the amount or rubbish on both the floor and tables. After waiting nearly 10mins to place my order I waited another 10 mins waiting for my food granted it was a bit busier with the people in the drive thru. Next came the challenging task of a clean table but not to worry I managed to grab a few napkins from the counter as Beth behind the counter was running around like a loonatic with the rest of them trying to cope with all the orders. Finally manage to get set down only to find that the bbq wrap that was ordered was not a bbq wrap it was chilli wrap. After letting the girl behind the counter know it was like I had spat in her face and another 5 mins later I had eventually received a bbq wrap. To be honest I was more worried about the £100 fine for parking as you can only stay for 1 and a half hours cheers for...
