The beer garden was nice for a chill out but if you didn't have the app it proved hard to get served with a drink, waited 15 mins atleast for the first. When we did try the app it didn't happen as no table numbers are visible. A group of people sharing a couple of tables were served faster than ourselves, after arriving quite some time after. I heard them complaining after the manager told them they could not smoke in the area they were seated. He then brought the party ashtrays. As I was told I couldn't smoke in that area by another member of staff we moved, (although I was not smoking, I took the cigs from my pocket only) I was quite shocked, signs saying no smoking in this area also. The trays the drinks arrived on were filthy. I'm shocked one member of staff ignored tables armed with a cloth and spray to clean the latch on the exit gate. The exit no one had used in the time we visited but ignored our request for drinks and certainly did not spray any table after a couple had left. The couple asked why the male had given us paper and pencil?? We replied with tracking. They said they had nothing of the sort. A little taken aback by the experience. We left through poor service. Nice...

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unclear in their responses, which made the experience frustrating. While I believe they are kind and well-intentioned individuals, they appeared unable to handle basic inquiries under pressure.
Their inability to provide clear explanations and justify their actions was concerning, and at one point, it escalated to a point where the shift manager was involved.
I hope that management will take steps to address these issues, provide staff training on menu knowledge and customer service, and ensure a more positive experience for...

"Push to open" written on the door, a manger told us in quite a rude fashion with an aggressive tone that she would have to pay for the door if it was broken, I had no idea she owned the weatherspoons franchise and was responsible for there doors, but also can not understand how using it as described would break the door. Disappointed as always with the service. No consideration for there regulars...
