Greggs — Restaurant in Sunderland

Bad customer service from a woman with ginger's hair about late 50s 60s passed her my sandwich that needed heated and said can I just give you that to put in. No... I'm going home she said! I only passed the sandwich as I work at greggs and that's what we do in the store I work in to limit the queue time amd length. I thought since it was the light switch on it would be helpful to limit the amount of people standing in store but clearly not!! Lad on the till has charged me 3 times for my food saying it hadn't gone through but there are now 3 £10.40 transactions pending on my account. The lady was incredibly rude telling me she was going home. On a dide note i thought i was buying a 'vegan southern fried chicken baguette' gotten it home and its the Christmas vegan one!! Labelling on it Said southern fried meaning it has all the incorrect allergy info on which isn't good at all. Now I've paid £31.20 as well since the man on the till has charged...

The staff in Concord Greggs are excellent. Some of the best in the tradition of community first. Otherwise this store is much the same as other stores. There was very handsome engineer chap with tools repairing something. There was some fluttering going on with the females in the queue and even behind the counter I think. Anyway ordered my food paid on the app (I put money in mine, then it's one scan and done. It easy you can trust it.) I left and went in to the bus stop waiting for the Bus. I'm not as young as I was and I have some peripheral nerve damage down my left side. And my right arm tends to flick with a nervous tik. This happened today. And I dropped my coffee. I went for another Cappuccino and told the lady what had I done with the one I bought moments ago. Maybe it was my veterans badge or she just felt she should and she said oh dear I'll get you another one. No charge she said. And I hobbled out to await the bus. On the bus...

The lasses who work here are lovely, but there is 0 organisation or management of workload you can be stood with 6 people in a Q and one lass working while 3 do just eat orders 1 makes sandwiches and them one poor lass dealing with the masses.

Q was 3 out the door this morning a bout 12 people in total and 2 lasses on the front asking the 3 in the back to come help and there saying they are sorting just eat out.

Why do people.in the shop trying to get a cuppa and a butty on the way to work tale second place to people at home, if the shop can't manage sales in shop and on just eat they need to choose one or the other wait times...
