Ordered food from here quite a while ago now but forgot to leave a review.

Food arrived for everyone but one kebab had chilli sauce on (which wasn't ordered) so I called up and asked for it to he changed. They started by trying to offer a free kebab next time we ordered, which wasn't an option as the rest of the family were sat down eating and I wanted the food I had paid for.

Eventually, they reluctantly agreed to drop the correct food off to my address. I collected the food at my front door, came in, ate it and didn't think anymore of it. But when I woke up the next morning and left the house, the other kebab had been chucked over my driveway!!!

I called up and had a rant, to which I was told the delivery man dropped the kebab. Funny that, as the kebab was rewrapped up. Was he unable to pick it back up?!

I’m immunocompromised and suffer from a disability so standing in a queue in a crowded shop isn’t exactly something I’m comfortable doing, so I parked outside and called them and asked if I could place an order over the phone and then pick it up when it was done, after all it’s not so different from having it delivered, the person on the phone’s response was: “There are a lot of people waiting in the shop, what makes you so special? Come and order from inside.” In the rudest way possible. I didn’t even get the chance to explain why I’d asked that before hung up. Terrible, ableist customer service. They clearly have not been trained on how best to deal with customers. It’s a shame because I liked their food after trying it once before and I’d intended to become a regular customer, but I think I’ll be taking my business to someplace else that actually does respect...

Been a loyal customer for years and sadly received an incorrect order today… Not a problem at all, just called to let them know and kindly ask if we could receive the correct order instead. I was absolutely shocked and appalled to then be met with abuse down the phone from 2 gentlemen, both who acknowledged that the wrong order was delivered but said ‘what do you want me to do send a new driver out to you?’. I pointed out that that would be the right solution given the error they made on their end and that we were currently £30 down with the wrong order at our doorstep. After even more abuse, the man then hung up on me. I’m quite gobsmacked that such a simple mistake would be met with such intense anger. Never ordering again and would highly advice anyone...
