Nasty re fried food, rude manager didn't want to listen when I provided feedback. I was so happy when first time I ordered the salt n Pepper wings were bot bad but over salted not dry hot just cooked, soup was the leftovers at the bottom ..spring rolls were soft not crispy, I been ordered few times a week and thought the food changes due to new chef? But no same chef wings sometimes come dry and re fried too much crumbs tiny baby wings and so much onion.. I'm not ordering onion I'm ordering wings.. then the soup started being ok n spring rolls crispy, the rice Singaporean noodles has meat (no pork as i asked) were not bad the first few times but keep cutting them wen I ask not to cut!! then when i did last order asked like always instead of pork to put chicken and prawn and it came with 1 tiny prawn and no chicken!! They should put lots of prawn chicken since i dont eat pork which they put more of, Again it was cut like who cuts noodles once it came uncut and obviously the drivers want to save fuel so do many drops and food comes cold dry, I pay lots of money each time for perfect hot food so when I asked to resend they said OK we collect the bad and send the good but excuse me even its dry cold we are hungry so ate it and if food fine I wouldn't complain n y collect to re heat for other customers!!?? few times had to complain and kept giving them chances, I lived in China so I know when I'm being cheated, I won't order from here again, they send you not bad food first time to get you interested then start sending bad quality food and if you complain they send good but cmon must I always complain??! how can anyone eat oversalted dry cold umfresh wings same like nasty kfc wings they r dry too much bread crumbs so I noticed they have diff quality food to send, the noodles were not spicy like the other times and they put so much onion again now into noodles Im not ordering onion but noodles there shouldn't be long 10 pieces of huge half raw onion like!!! Avoid this place. I wish I find a real Chinese place. I shud of took pics to show u how bad it is, I'm reading other ppls reviews...

Terrible! Ordered via uber eats. This is a review of the restaurant not uber eats lol. I ordered sweet and sour prawn balls, been craving them for months! Order arrives with chicken balls instead. I called the restaurant thinking it was a genuine mistake, they said they haven't done prawn balls for a long time and maybe someone called me to tell me this. Hmmm, no they didn't! Was not even offered refund for the difference in price between the dishes although in this situation I would have expected a full refund for the whole dish. Meanwhile, the guy continues repeating he'll speak to his manager. I said you go and do that then call me back as the rest of my food is getting cold..... he continues to talk. I bet I don't get a call back.

What if I was a pescatarian and bit into a chicken ball thinking it'll be prawn??!!

Note to restaurant - update your menu!! Also, call your customers if you want to send a different dish to what they ordered.

Terrible service, ordered £50 worth of food for wifes birthday on 24th April. Order was made online giving a 55minute wait time. After 70minutes I called to chase to be told it would be leaving in the next 10minutes and be with us within half an hour. I called to chase a second time 40minutes after to be told it was just leaving. This was over two hours after ordering, making it 90minutes later than expected by which time it was 21:10. I asked to cancel the order and to be given a refund, the gentleman took my card details and still no refund, 10 days later
