Absolutely disgusting!! I ordered a egg mayo roll. The bread was microwaved which was warm and chewy not fresh. Not sure why you'd make a warm egg mayo roll. The egg was a hard boiled egg smashed down onto of a pile of mayo. Not even mixed in or seasoned. Where it had been squashed the bread had been broken and egg and mayo was leaking into the takeway bag. No plate provided or offered even though we were sitting at a table. Will never...

Can't even fulfil an order correctly, something so simple like asking for butter in my bap however came dry and the egg was not cooked correctly so when I explained this he said yeah its fine there's butter in there arguing with me then got stroppy with attitude and gave a refund.. not hard to fulfil a simple order is it when it's written down on paper. So I've left hungry now trying to find somewhere...

Three separate occasions I won’t be using Olivers again first time I went there I was sold mouldy bread with a sandwich

I was sold a chocolate bar that was that old it was completely white and disintegrated when I opened it

Red onion had turned to blue/green mould when I ask for a refund the manager had a bad attitude with me
