It’s such a shame this was my favourite place to eat in Hyde and we were regular customers. But after my last two orders being warm and soggy, I spoke to them with my concerns and was told it won’t happen again for the order to come wrong and cold again. They clearly are sending there drivers out with too many orders and the food is getting cold before the delivery. I can’t fault the food the taste is still there but don’t waste your time or money ordering the chips they will arrive as cold mash and this is probably down to being busy but every time is a joke wrong orders and soggy food due to being in the food trays too long. I ordered a 16 piece wings and 2 fries, waited 30 mins so I asked how long will the food be and they said 10 minutes so I waited another 10 minutes and asked them again, but this time they came up with a excuse of not printing the order how is that possible when they said 10 more minutes and they have at least 10 workers. Best thing to do is not lie to customers and tell the truth. Service was terrible and very amateur shame is I heard clay hut was really good will...
