Florence & Amelia's Limited — Restaurant in Tameside

I really wanted to leave a lovely review! It looks lovely, nice music, nice chairs and they accept dogs now, in a private little space, which is great. The sausages for the dogs were the best bit, although expensive at £2 per sausage. I ordered a small latte. It looked the part, very well presented, but It was the weakest coffee I've ever had and resembled warm milk with barely a hint of coffee. I ordered a cheese toastie and I wish I'd taken a photograph. The toastie was more a limp, warm bread coated in oil...And the garnish should have been salad and slaw but it was salad and crisps. Incredibly disappointing, more so because it cost a just short of £16. I'm absolutely gutted, I've never wanted so bad to leave a good review. If you have dogs and want decent food and are on a budget, you can't beat The Coffee House, village cafe. By far the best coffee. Or Magpies Nest, a bit more expensive but it's a hidden gem with a lovely view...

Beautiful little bistro, just by the canal. There is seating inside or out, and has a great choice of food and drink. Its a perfect place for a get together to celebrate any event, or just a cheeky afternoon treat with friends.The staff are so nice and helpful, and deliver great customer service. The gift shop is full of little treasures! Perfect for spoiling yourself or for gift shopping. They also do a range of products for upcycling projects/crafting. This really is the best place in Stalybridge for food, you can almost make believe you are somewhere more exciting...

Just got back from hosting my friend’s baby shower here. Just want to say a massive thankyou to Nicola and the staff. From organising weeks ago, nothing was too much of an ask. We had a space to ourselves for 25 people and everything was very organised. The room was decorated so nice ready for us and I was able to arrive 15 minutes earlier to add my own touches. The food was lovely and everyone had a great time. We also added their amazing cake stand, and there was plenty of room for us to play some baby shower games.
