Kami Peri Peri — Restaurant in Tameside

Service is very very shocking due to the guys attitude absolutely stinking. I rang up to order and pick up delivery, The guy told me there too busy to be taking any over the phone and then put the phone down on me. Little did he know I was 2 mins away so I went in and the same guy was taking a order on the phone! I placed my order in person however when I collected it was all wrong. I Rang up to complain and they told me to bring back what was wrong wich was a chicken wrap ect when back in he opened the chicken wrap and tried telling me what was wrong with it and then I had to ask for fresh as it all had gone cold instead of offering wich is normal for any food outlet. word of advice change your staff befor he runs your customers away

I don’t like leaving bad reviews and when I do it means I’m really not Happy with a service, I ordered my food at 6.45pm Friday evening and I asked for it to be pre ordered for 8pm so gave them enough time to cook 5 chicken wings and 1 chicken breast! I finished work at 8 and waited till 8.20pm to ring them and asked where my food was, the man said I had to wait another half an hour which would take me to 8.50pm!!! A while 2 hours and 15 mins after I ordered. He didn’t care that it was late he wasn’t bothered he didn’t apologise, there was no I’m so sorry you can have free delivery next time. So I cancelled my order as I was starving and ordered form somewhere else and picked it up in 10 mins. Will never ever recommend this take away or eat there again. Ordered food was houhalf past due time so tried ringing couldn't get through at all.. had to order from somewhere else as I had child to feed.. used just eat have to wait 2 weeks to receive feed back on getting my money back as guy turned up later and was told to go.. 2 weeks later thought give try again may been bad night which leads to tonight ordered food but decided to ring up make sure same didn't happen again guy was rude on phone put phone down and now noones answering do not waste your time in money on this place complete waste.. staff need to learn some skills on how to deal with public attitude like that face to face get you punch in mouth by allot...
