This place has very bad service sift time 30.06.24 8:30 ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ The one outside of the building the passing lane has very rut serving employees The Girl from the window she is very unfriendly, is a looking like she doesn’t want to be there We ask for 2 coffee one black americano and one caramel frappe She made a misunderstand, she didn’t ask for received, when we go to the window she told us to wait in a side because se miss the order after the frappe came with no coffee as we ask the black americano was made very bad as they remake the same coffee from the last order. We give back the frappe asking for a real one because nothing was as normal, all this time I didn’t try my black americano because as all we know is not easy to drink this hot coffee which I believe is normal, they made the frappe second time which was good, we don’t know if was also ok inside you know 😅 Anyway we left on the way we find out she take money for 3 coffee 2 plus the one she take wrong order. Just queued 10mins to get to the bit where you place an order of medium latte and flat white extra shot. 15mins later when we got to the window, the young man serving repeated the order. Presented a card machine and took payment and presented one cup. When we didn't drive away he finally asked if we were waiting for anything else. In the meantime the female youth wearing the headset was having a great laugh.. oblivious to the fact that there was a long line of frustrated customers and numerous vehicles passing by and not stopping. Finally a flat white extra shot was delivered along with request for another payment. Just had a sip of my normally mellow latte and it's bitter and nasty... Small Cappuccino and cheese toastie was £8 !! So they’re charging £5 for a toastie - the same as McDonalds do for a meal or Beefeater charge for a early teatime salad bowl - can’t equate that. The most ludicrous rip off ever, which is why they have a standard policy of not showing prices on boards and we already know they broke £1bn in sales and their uk tax bill was only £24mil - paying minimum wage .. blah blah As a culture, it’s time to rethink our loyalties people. I for one am re considering all of these, from Sky, to mobile brand loyalty, to my coffee.
