Oceans @Lady's Mile — Restaurant in Teignbridge

Mediocre at best... The food was perfectly acceptable, but they are trying to do too much with too few staff! When the holiday park is busy (like we are in August) there's not enough staff to do the basics. The bar had a large cue, with only two bar tenders on. The food came out quickly, and was reasonable quality, however, the staff didn't have time to check that the meal was ok, or if we needed anything else. They forgot one meal, which we then had to chase for. We waited ages for the plates to be cleared away, and then had to chase to get the ice cream that came with the kids meal. Whilst waiting, I observed that when people had left, tables would be cleared of pates etc, but not wiped down... The toilet wasn't wonderfully clean, and there was no soap in the dispenser. I have no doubt that if you came here when it wasn't rammed, it would be a completely different story, but although they did have a few staff on, it just wasn't enough to provide the basic level of service that you would expect. For an experienced holiday park during the summer holidays, this should really be a well...

you know what. I've been coming here ever since I was just a 1 year old and now here we are 15 years later, having enjoyed our 2 weeks away. To the young lifeguard in the indoor pool with the black hair who looks like Barcelona player Pedri, keep doing your job man, your nan is proud of you ! Thankyou to james, jason, andy and all the other boys that have hosted my family in this park over the last 40 years, I'll be bringing my kids in a few years when...

The bar tender was very rude. My partner order a beer and asked for the park discount my partner offered him to show the card and he said it's fine. I went to order again w more drinks and I asked him for the discount he said what? I haven't included the discount...i said well I was here 15min ago with my boyfriend, and he has the card I thought you will remember your customer when is basically empty the bar...never...
