Friends recommended bar no.9. Living locally we'd thought we'd give it a go for my father in law for his big birthday. Definitely book - appears very popular and a fairly small well presented venue. Good choices between menu of brunch and lunch. Order and pay at the bar. Reasonable prices for good food with a decent portion size - which is rare as of late! Staff friendly and very helpful. I work from home and it can be quite lonely sometimes. So I pop along to Bar No9 with my laptop and treat myself to a lovely breakfast or lunch (or both if I have a lot to do). Good atmosphere and nice staff members. The lunch menu was ok, the burgers were nice but nothing super special and for the price I think they should all come with chips/salads.
